What Makes A Great Tom & Chee Franchise Location?

We have a devoted real estate team to help you make the perfect franchise site selection

The most important part about deciding to open a restaurant is determining where to open it. Because the majority of our franchisees have not opened their own restaurants before, Tom & Chee has a devoted team to help you through the entire franchise site selection process. We help you negotiate a lease, oversee buildout and construction, and choose a location that is centered in an ideal blend of business and residential populations.

Where are we growing?

Tom & Chee locations thrive in areas where there is a good blend of residential and commercial properties. A location near high-traffic retail locations such as malls and shopping centers is optimal, as well as a franchise site selection with a very easy entrance and exit setup, preferably at a traffic signal.

Our team also will conduct demographic research, which will help identify the best site, as well as inform future marketing efforts upon opening.
